Plan 04
Medical weight loss
A customized plan built around GLP-1 therapy under supervision, Lipo-B and B12 support, and nutrition guidance meant to be kept. One hour, and it starts with a consultation, not a prescription pad.
Chapter 01
GLP-1 therapy, and what supervision means in this room
The practice describes GLP-1 therapy as a medically supervised option that can help regulate appetite and support blood sugar balance, used as part of a wider weight management plan. It's a prescription medication, so this page is not the place a drug name, a dose or a guaranteed result would ever be printed, and none appears here.
In Fairfax, that means the decision about whether GLP-1 therapy is right for you happens at a consultation with Yolanda, not on this website. She asks about your history and your goals first, and supervision continues through the plan rather than stopping after the first prescription.

Lipo-B and B12: support underneath the plan, not a substitute for it
Lipo-B and vitamin B12 injections sit alongside the rest of the plan for metabolism and energy. They are described as support, the thing that keeps you feeling capable of the walk, the workout or the workday while the bigger changes take hold, not a replacement for whatever the plan's core treatment is doing.
That is also why they are never sold on their own as a weight loss method here. If a plan calls for Lipo-B and B12, they are one part of a customized combination that also includes nutrition guidance, and body sculpting or detox work when it fits what you're working on.
Chapter 03
Nutrition guidance built to be kept
The nutrition side of the plan is customized, sustainable meal guidance, not a 30-day sheet you throw out once the number on the scale moves. The point is habits that still make sense a year from now, which is a slower promise than a quick plan but a more honest one.
The failure mode worth naming plainly: medication with no habit work underneath it. Appetite support can make a plan easier to follow, but it does not replace the follow-through, and a plan built only on the injection tends to slide back the moment it stops. Summa Med Spa builds the nutrition and lifestyle side in from the start so there is something left to stand on either way.

The plan starts with a conversation, not a scale
Every medical weight loss plan at the Fairfax room starts the same way: a consultation where Yolanda asks what you've already tried, what hasn't stuck, and what your goals actually are before anything is combined into a plan. Call (703) 977-3052 to set that first conversation up.
